The show is a friendly competition show. No one is sent home, but at the end the Champion receives an extra $100,000 investment.
Each week the TV audience learns about three new companies, as they compete first in front of our ICONS and Studio Audience Investors and then to the TV viewers to see who raises the most capital, sells the most product and garners the most votes. Not all companies will be selected for the TV show, but you may still qualify to raise capital on funding platforms where many of the TV viewers will be searching for other investment opportunities.

– Services & Costs of Raising Capital –
The estimated accounting and legal costs for an ongoing Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF) offering of $5 million can vary depending on several factors, such as the complexity of the offering, and the specific legal and accounting services obtained. However, here is a general breakdown of the potential costs involved. Please note that these figures are estimates and can vary significantly:
– Review your corporate documents, update minutes and cap table.
_ Prepare your online campaign.
– Review your financial review or audited financials (you have prepared independently).
– Prepare your 50-100 page Form C, with all the background checks and filing with the SEC.
– Consult with you regarding your valuation, use of funds, and strategy for how much to raise.
– Partner with you year after year helping you raise the capital, strategize with you regarding amount to raise, price per share, etc.
With our Affiliate – Independent Stock Market Corporation (ISM) –Upfront costs are only $15,000 plus equity ownership. The SEC/FINRA approved funding portal charges 5% of the money raised, this includes the approved escrow agent fees.
